For spaces up to 2000 square feet, the standard inspection fee is $300. If your unit is larger than 2000 square feet, an additional charge of $0.10 per square foot will be added. Once the inspection is complete, you'll receive a professionally written report via email within 24 hours. The report will include photos and suggestions for repairs.

We offer a one-hour appointment or less for property evaluations, and consulting services for those who need help monitoring the progress of a remodel or building construction. There is no paperwork required for this fee, but any requested documentation will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour.

Radon Test

Are you interested in checking the radon levels in your home? Our electronic CRM radon testing service is perfect for you. We will place a radon-detecting device in your home for two days. It will record hourly levels of radon concentration in your home. After that, we'll provide you with a written report.Please note that there is an additional $50 travel fee for this service. Also, two trips to your home are required for this service to be performed.
